It's not so much annoying as it is about waste. If the toilet paper hangs so it comes from underneath, you use more, whether you need it or not [and whether you know it or not] That's why I hang it so it comes off the top.
Habit.
It's extremely annoying!
Because it won't come off the roll fast enough for me! Time is everything! I want more of it, and certainly not spent "fighting" with the paper while I am occupado!
