Bikin' Babe
So, last weekend I participated in the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure. My family & I rode our bikes 25k and raised over $600 for Diabetes. It was the first year that we could all participate because the weather was gorgeous... something that doesn't happen easily in Maine, especially when the weather lying reports say rain, rain and more rain.
It was lots of fun, except now that the event is over, I have zero motivation to ride my bike since I was training before, and now I am only exercising.
Exercise, an evil concept that should be banned. I'm starting a petition, don't forget to sign on.

Let me be the first to sign that puppy. At least you're in physical shape enough tor ide. If I sat on my bike I'd drive it into the ground. Well, ok, maybe not, but I feel like I would today. It's too hot to even type. Bleh.

It's just so much easier to diet.
I rarely remember my dreams so all I'd do is take a nap on the couch.
Congrats on the ride! I am exercizing a lot now. I graduated from college, have a full-time job in an unrelated field and don't have much else to do other than work out, read and paint. Doesn't sound too bad typing it here. haha.
Anyway, I know this is an old blog, but I check your site once in a while and I am glad you are doing well. Take care and keep riding your bike!
Glad to see you back!!!....And you've got me beat..I need to start hitting the gym again..but, I seem to keep finding reasons not to..lol Keep it up and will check back more often.
